Condo 1 Architectural Review Board

Any architectural changes to your units must be reviewed by the Condo 1 Architectural Review Board (ARB) and approved by the Condo 1 Board of Directors BEFORE commencement of the project. (see ARB Review Guidelines below). All forms can be downloaded below. Once the printed forms have been filled out, submit the forms, along with any required documentation, and application fee if required.  Please follow the instructions contained in the ARB packet as to the current submission protocol.
